I offer individual, family and group therapy. I have additional training in RO-DBT, TF-CBT, ESFT, and Adventure Based Therapy (defined below). I have experience working through out the life span (children and adolescents, college aged young adults, adults, and geriatrics), and with neurodevelopmental disorders and acquired brain injuries. RO-DBT, (focusing on disorders of over-control which can present as anxiety, depression, emotional loneliness and maladaptive perfectionism) TF CBT (focusing on increasing distress tolerance and cognitive coping, while creating and processing the individuals trauma narrative) ESFT (focusing on the use of attachment, executive functioning, co-parent alliance/relational partners and emotional regulation to change maladaptive interpersonal patterns) Adventure Based Therapy (promotes emotional wellness through enacting problem solving in a setting that is radically different from that of which they typically cope within)
