What do therapy sessions with you look like?
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate it alone. In our work together, you are always in the driver's seat — I'm simply here to guide, support, and walk alongside you on your journey. Each session is designed to be a shared, judgment-free space where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. From there, we work together to explore and process the experiences, patterns, and emotions surrounding what you're going through — making sense of what has shaped you and what may be holding you back. From that understanding, we begin to move forward with intention, identifying actionable steps that help you break through barriers and move toward the life you want. My approach is integrative and flexible, meaning no two clients are treated the same. Drawing from Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, SFBT, and multicultural perspectives, we'll shape our work around your unique needs, experiences, and goals — adjusting direction whenever the path calls for it. Whether you're working through trauma, managing anxiety or depression, navigating grief, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, this space is built for you. Healing is possible, and it starts with one conversation.
Chris is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Health Education Specialist, and trained Health and Well-being Coach with over seven years of experience delivering holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centered care. His integrative therapeutic approach draws on Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and multicultural perspectives. As a therapist, his goal is to empower you to tap into your inner strength and resilience, giving you the tools to reclaim control over your life. He strives to create a space that is compassionate and empathetic; a space where you can express yourself freely and without judgement. Chris collaborates with clients to address life’s transitions, chronic health concerns, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and identity-related issues.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?
Sessions with me are collaborative, flexible, and paced around you. Some days may be more structured and skill-focused, while others may be more open and reflective. I check in often to make sure we are moving in a way that feels supportive and not overwhelming. I aim to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and real. You do not need to mask or perform in session. We can laugh, process, pause, or sit with things together. I also incorporate practical tools when helpful so that what we talk about can translate into your daily life.
Dear future clients, I'm a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, dedicated to providing compassionate support and guidance to Neurodivergent individuals (both Autism and ADHD), anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate their mental health journey. I also offer neurodivergent assessments and group counseling. I am supervised by Cassandra Holt Kimbell, LPCC- S 11336, at Freestyle Supervision and EMDR Group LLC. My approach is rooted in empathy and openness, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I'm committed to helping individuals uncover their inner strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience in the face of life's challenges. If you're struggling with managing Autism or ADHD symptoms, anxiety and depression, or navigating significant life changes, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can work towards a brighter tomorrow, where you feel empowered to overcome obstacles and live a more fulfilling life. Reach out today and take a step towards positive change.

What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
We may make a plan for the next session and come into that session you may feel that something is more present or pressing to address, we will go with that. I find that is the most helpful rather than sticking to a plan and being rigid. I provide empathy and facilitate a safe environment for you to discuss what has been going on and what you would like to address. Don't feel pressured to think about what "to bring" to therapy, I have even reviewed goals and ideas which have led to fruitful discussions as well.
Has stress, intrusive thoughts, or the weight of everyday life started to feel overwhelming? Do you feel stuck in patterns that make it hard to move forward, reach your goals, or even get through the day? Brittany Webb and her team at Better Minds Counseling & Services are here to support you in breaking those cycles and finding a path that feels more manageable and meaningful. Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we create a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing. You don’t have to navigate anxiety, self-doubt, or life’s challenges alone. Our goal is to help you better understand what’s happening, develop tools that actually work for your life, and reconnect with a sense of relief, confidence, and balance. If persistent negative thoughts or anxiety have been taking up too much space in your mind, you’re not alone, and reaching out for support is a powerful first step. Many people come to us feeling unsure of where to start, but through therapy they begin to feel more grounded, empowered, and hopeful. At Better Minds Counseling & Services, we use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. Treatment may include therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), both of which are highly effective for anxiety and obsessive-compulsive patterns. Our team focuses on helping clients understand their thoughts and behaviors while building practical strategies for change. If we work together, Brittany and her team at Better Minds understand that therapy can feel vulnerable and that growth often comes with ups and downs. Having a supportive and trusted guide along the way can make those challenges feel more manageable. At Better Minds Counseling & Services, we believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. Whether you are navigating anxiety, intrusive thoughts, life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, our team is here to help you build the skills and insight needed to move forward. You deserve support, understanding, and a space where you can feel safe being yourself.
