What do therapy sessions with you look like?
Therapy with me is calm, supportive, and practical. We’ll take the time to build a strong, trusting relationship first and as we get to know each other, I’ll begin to offer practical tools, perspectives, and gentle reframes to help you move toward your goals. I hold clear therapeutic boundaries to keep our work safe and effective, but within that space, I’m genuinely curious about your experiences, your story, and the little things that shape your everyday life. You’re not just a diagnosis or a problem to be solved. You’re a whole person. Our time together will be spent getting to know who you are, what brings you in, and what your life looks like so therapy feels meaningful, relevant, and truly tailored to you.
Haley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) providing outpatient therapy to teens (16+), adults, and couples. Through a collaborative and compassionate process, she works with clients to better understand the patterns, experiences, and ways of coping that may no longer be serving them. Haley integrates evidence-based approaches to support clients in exploring their internal experiences, strengthening their emotion regulation skills, and developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion. Haley is committed to creating a warm, empathetic, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they work toward lasting and meaningful growth.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate it alone. In our work together, you are always in the driver's seat — I'm simply here to guide, support, and walk alongside you on your journey. Each session is designed to be a shared, judgment-free space where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. From there, we work together to explore and process the experiences, patterns, and emotions surrounding what you're going through — making sense of what has shaped you and what may be holding you back. From that understanding, we begin to move forward with intention, identifying actionable steps that help you break through barriers and move toward the life you want. My approach is integrative and flexible, meaning no two clients are treated the same. Drawing from Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, SFBT, and multicultural perspectives, we'll shape our work around your unique needs, experiences, and goals — adjusting direction whenever the path calls for it. Whether you're working through trauma, managing anxiety or depression, navigating grief, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, this space is built for you. Healing is possible, and it starts with one conversation.
Chris is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Health Education Specialist, and trained Health and Well-being Coach with over seven years of experience delivering holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centered care. His integrative therapeutic approach draws on Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and multicultural perspectives. As a therapist, his goal is to empower you to tap into your inner strength and resilience, giving you the tools to reclaim control over your life. He strives to create a space that is compassionate and empathetic; a space where you can express yourself freely and without judgement. Chris collaborates with clients to address life’s transitions, chronic health concerns, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and identity-related issues.

Sessions with me are collaborative, flexible, and paced around you. Some days may be more structured and skill-focused, while others may be more open and reflective. I check in often to make sure we are moving in a way that feels supportive and not overwhelming. I aim to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and real. You do not need to mask or perform in session. We can laugh, process, pause, or sit with things together. I also incorporate practical tools when helpful so that what we talk about can translate into your daily life.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?
I use a variety of modalities in therapy because everyone's needs are different. However, I always go into sessions understanding that you are the expert of your own life. I like to think of myself as a tour guide that is there to point things out and help you make sense of your past, present, and future journeys. I love to incorporate art, games, videos, and good old fashioned talk therapy, but if something doesn't resonate with you we won't do it. Therapy is a unique relationship, and it may take time for you to feel comfortable opening up, and that is totally okay!
