What do therapy sessions with you look like?
Each session is guided by compassion, active listening, and evidence-based clinical care. My goal is not only to manage symptoms but to help clients understand the root of their struggles, build resilience, and restore a sense of control over their lives. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or psychiatric conditions, I take a collaborative approach. Clients can expect to take away the following from our work together: Increased self-awareness and insight into thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors Practical tools and coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and mood fluctuations Improved emotional regulation and interpersonal relationships A personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapeutic support, and lifestyle interventions A sense of empowerment and hope as they work toward wellness and recovery

What do therapy sessions with you look like?
Therapy sessions with me are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. In our sessions, we’ll talk openly about what you’ve been experiencing, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your symptoms, challenges, and goals. Together, we’ll explore patterns, discuss practical strategies, and build tools to help you manage your mental health more effectively. When appropriate, we may also discuss medication options as part of your care. My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, involved, and supported every step of the way.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and feeling overwhelmed by life’s stressors. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I believe that mental health care should feel supportive and non-judgmental, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns. Together, we will work to better understand what you’re experiencing and develop a treatment plan that may include medication management and practical strategies to support your daily life. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, supported, and empowered in your mental health journey.
