I am a Licensed Psychologist providing virtual concierge therapy services to teens and adults throughout New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Connecticut, and Florida. I am also a Ketamine-Assisted-Psychotherapy (KAP) provider. I mainly work with highly motivated individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, and depression, as well as those struggling with setting and maintaining appropriate boundaries with others. I tailor my approach to fit the needs of each individual in order to increase flexibility, uniqueness, privacy, and comfort. I believe one of the most important factors is the therapeutic relationship. I take the time to build a solid therapeutic relationship so I can best serve you. I have training in various areas including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, grief, trauma-focused, mindfulness-based interventions, positive psychology, and LGBTQIA+. She is well versed in trauma and crisis therapy, and is committed to helping clients become the best version of themselves. In addition to her clinical experience, Ashley has training in happiness coaching, hypnotherapy, crisis prevention, and is a certified yoga teacher. She is also a published author and uses her book, “Writing with Love: A Guided Journal for Couples,” to help clients strengthen their relationships. In therapy, Ashley creates a warm and supportive environment and incorporates extensive therapeutic training and mindfulness into treatment plans. Her goal is to provide clients with the tools they need to move forward and grow.

Matthew Pollard, MD is a reproductive urologist who attended the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed his residency training with the Department of Urology at UCLA and spent an additional year completing a fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
