I'm a therapist who meets my clients in their hard places in life and support them in their journey to find relief. I use a bottom-up, somatic, holistic approach to empower my clients to cope with difficulties and a top-down, values based approach to guide client in creating meaning in life. I specialize in working with children and adults struggling with trauma symptoms such as intrusive thoughts, images, or urges (self-harm and suicidal ideation) as well as attachment issues, abuse, domestic violence, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety.

I founded Up North Therapy after years of working in larger organizations, where I saw the need for a more personal and supportive approach — for both clients and staff.
