We all carry stories—some visible, some quietly tucked away. Life can throw sudden changes, invisible struggles, or seasons of overwhelm. It gets messy. It gets exhausting. I know what it takes to keep going when no one can see all that you’re carrying. Healing isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about understanding your story, finding tools that actually work, and creating balance that feels right for you.
I have experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life’s curveballs. I work with couples and individuals from all backgrounds and identities, including military spouses and veterans, offering a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported!
Outside the office, you can find me planning my next tattoo, singing way too loudly, or laughing at funny cat videos! I believe therapy doesn’t have to be all serious faces and stiff chairs—openness, curiosity, and even a little humor can go a long way in the healing process!
