Hello, I'm Edwin Dilone, a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping men navigate their mental health journeys. I provide therapy with a special focus on men's mental health to support my clients in living more fulfilling lives. My goal is to create a warm and trusting environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and emotions openly, free from judgment. I am here to help you manage feelings of anger, sadness, depression, anxiety, and any other challenges you might be facing, so you can find peace and fulfillment in life. My clients often describe me as friendly, genuine, and easy to talk to, and I am committed to guiding you toward overcoming whatever obstacles you may encounter.
Treatment philosophy:
I find a sense of fulfillment in walking alongside other fellow men in the journey out of chronic mental distress as we face the challenges and pressures that society has placed on us in our particular walks of life. I deeply value helping men win the battles against the “internal dragons” that make life at times miserable and unbearable. I want men to know that there is a path towards mental healing and movement towards a fulfilling life that takes into account their unique roles. My hope is that your interest in engaging professional therapy is the first step in finding fulfillment in life through the guidance and support of a trained and experienced therapist, who is committed to work with you in finding a sense of mental peace.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a therapist to help others navigate life’s challenges and find fulfillment, especially men facing unique pressures and expectations. My motivation comes from the privilege of supporting clients in overcoming internal struggles, fostering healthier relationships, and seeing them transform their lives through therapy.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I am dedicated to providing a warm and trusting environment where you can feel comfortable sharing openly. I focus on men’s mental health, tailoring my approach to address issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Clients often describe me as genuine, approachable, and committed to helping them achieve mental clarity and balance.
What do therapy sessions with you look like?
Therapy sessions with me are compassionate and goal-oriented, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore emotions and challenges. I tailor each session to your needs using evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Together, we focus on overcoming obstacles, building resilience, and working toward mental peace and a fulfilling life.
