Howdy there, and welcome! My name is Courtney Yergin, and I’m a clinician with over 12 years of practice, licensed LISW-S in the state of Ohio and LICSW in the state of Alabama. I have experience working with adults, teens, and families in individuals, couples, hospitals, communities, and residential settings. My style is compassionate and nonjudgmental, which seeks to empower YOU. Treatment is a vulnerable space where you deserve to feel safe, heard, and valued. Your goals are my goals and will be tailored to treat your struggles and augment your strengths. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment, eating disorders, substance use, and personality disorders. I believe it is paramount to understand how your brain, body, and behaviors have been impacted by stress. Throughout treatment, I utilize evidence-based practice interventions, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Compassion Focus Therapy (CFT). I’m passionate about lending a hand to help you understand, seek out, and practice solutions to achieve your own advancement. What’s next for you? Let's find out together!
Courtney is currently accepting new adult, teen, and EAP clients. Please call or email for scheduling.
