She views therapy as a collaborative process, and approaches her work with a fundamental belief that we all deserve to live authentically. Passionate about helping individuals to navigate the often difficult but empowering process of self-discovery, she is grateful for every opportunity to witness personal growth. Rachel is a graduate of Columbia School of Social Work and is a participant in the Advanced Clinical Psychodynamic Fellowship at the University of Chicago SSA.

Most frequently, I employ techniques from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment related theories. In my work with younger children I often use play therapy in addition to offering parent support and school consultations.
