Rachel Reid

As a psychodynamic, relational therapist, Rachel’s goal is to cultivate the space necessary for her clients to develop a deeper connection to their inner lives. She utilizes an attachment framework, offering her clients new ways to understand the foundational experiences and relationships that have shaped their present. She views therapy as a collaborative process, and approaches her work with a fundamental belief that we all deserve to live authentically. Passionate about helping individuals to navigate the often difficult but empowering process of self-discovery, she is grateful for every opportunity to witness personal growth. Rachel is a graduate of Columbia School of Social Work and is a participant in the Advanced Clinical Psychodynamic Fellowship at the University of Chicago SSA.
