I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Professional, a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Certified Traumatologist who specializes in trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, relationship, multiculticultural issues and problems associated with emotional and physical abuse.

Hayley Dodd is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with extensive experience working with teenagers and adults in both private and non-profit sectors of the mental health field. She specializes in working with clients coping with trauma, issues of loss and change, anxiety, depression, and the essential human tasks of: self-development, growth in relationships, and discovering meaning and purpose. Hayley uses a holistic blend of clinical interventions that incorporate the mind-body connection to help client’s achieve wellness, self-empowerment, and integration of past experiences with present issues and future goals. She can also assist clients in learning practical tools to cope with day-to-day stressors via mindfulness and somatic practices, as well as C.B.T. and D.B.T. techniques. Hayley views the therapeutic relationship as a safe, supportive, and collaborative experience. This foundation allows clients a more in-depth experience with themselves, and their unique path of change, healing, and growth.

I feel that clients shouldn't have to be in therapy forever! While co-creating this process with you, I strive to balance my active listening with imparting active, hands-on techniques to help you reclaim your narrative and overcome obstacles in your path. I feel it's about more water rather than less soda, so to speak, and take both a clinical and holistic approach to helping you enhance alignment and experience deeper fulfillment in your journey. Along with my LCSW, I am trained in EMDR, certified in Theta Healing, Reiki, Transformational Life Coaching, and Therapeutic Touch, and Master Practitioner certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy.
