Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I was dealing with a very difficult time in my own life. I found the tools and strength that I needed through my own therapeutic work, and decided I wanted to share that with others.

I can be fun and quirky, but also present and attentive. I don’t believe there is a one size fits all when it comes to therapeutic modalities. I have had the honor to train in many different modalities, and I pull from all of them.
