I work with clients with depression by providing a supportive and empathetic environment where we explore the underlying causes of their symptoms. Using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping skills, and set achievable goals to improve mood and overall well-being.
