I support individuals, adolescents, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, and life’s many transitions. I also have a special interest in working with women through postpartum anxiety and depression, as well as the emotional and identity changes that can accompany perimenopause and menopause. Many people seek therapy because, although they may appear to have everything together on the outside, they are carrying stress, pain, or emotions that feel difficult to navigate alone. Therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, explore the experiences that have shaped you, and create meaningful change through curiosity, compassion, and connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in empathy. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel truly seen, understood, and supported. I draw from attachment-based and psychodynamic perspectives while integrating evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR (for Trauma-Focued), somatic therapy, mindfulness, and systems perspectives to support your unique needs. Together, we will explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that influence how you see yourself, respond to challenges, and connect with others. This work can help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and those around you. When working with couples, I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and attachment-based approaches to help partners strengthen their connection, improve communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild trust and intimacy. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we will work together at a pace that feels right for you to better understand yourself, move through challenges, and create a life that feels more connected and fulfilling. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, traveling, staying active, and making time for rest and reflection. These moments help me stay grounded and bring the same presence, warmth, and authenticity into my work with clients.

I am an Associate Therapist and have provided support to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families from diverse backgrounds. A significant part of my work has focused on adolescents and young adults who have experienced domestic violence and sex trafficking. In these roles, I have supported clients as they navigate the impacts of complex trauma, helping them build safety, resilience, and a sense of control over their own lives. My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solution- focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy. I believe healing happens when clients feel empowered and understood, so I integrate these modalities in a flexible and collaborative way. Treatment is always tailored to the individual, honoring their strengths, cultural background, and personal goals rather than relying on rigid or prescriptive methods. As a mature female clinician, I bring both life experience and empathy into the therapeutic space. I returned to school later in life, which gives me a personal understanding of what it means to start over, face uncertainty, and pursue growth during times of transition. I am deeply passionate about helping people feel genuinely heard and seen—something many individuals have never experienced while simply trying to meet their most basic needs. Creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel valued is at the core of my work.

You can be successful, self-aware, and highly capable; and still feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, or stuck repeating patterns that no longer serve you. Many of the clients I work with are the person others rely on: driven, independent, logical, and high-functioning externally, while internally struggling to process pressure, identity, relationships, emotions, or the deeper question of whether their life actually feels aligned. I specialize in men’s mental health, high performers, athletes, professionals, and individuals navigating emotional regulation, identity development, life transitions, burnout, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates Brainspotting, attachment-focused therapy, CBT, existential exploration, and experiential processing to help clients move beyond intellectual understanding and develop greater emotional awareness, accountability, autonomy, and alignment. As an adoptee and minority therapist with a background in corporate and high-performance environments, I bring both lived experience and clinical insight into conversations surrounding identity, resilience, belonging, achievement, and adaptation. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and grounded in honesty and human connection. I believe insight is important, but meaningful change also requires ownership, intentionality, and the willingness to actively engage in the life you want to create.
