What's your approach to chronic illness and pain, and what does progress look like for clients?
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients manage the emotional and mental health challenges that can accompany chronic illness and pain. We work together to develop coping skills, reduce distress, and build a greater sense of stability and control. Progress may look like improved coping, greater emotional resilience, and feeling more supported and empowered in daily life.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care. I specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related disorders.
My clinical focus includes trauma-informed care, supported by advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-focused approaches.
I work with individuals experiencing both acute and complex challenges, helping them reduce symptoms, build coping skills, and regain a sense of stability and control.
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on helping you achieve meaningful, lasting improvement in your mental health.
I am committed to creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your care.
