Why am I the therapist for you? Because I’ve been there. In addition to being a therapist, I’m also a woman, business owner, wife, mother, daughter, and friend. I know firsthand the demands on modern women to balance family, career, household, and personal obligations. I know what it feels like to run yourself into the ground and question whether you’re really doing any of it well enough. I know the pain of trauma, divorce, growing up with an emotionally unavailable parent, and raising a child with special needs. I’ve struggled with anxiety, perfectionism, and feeling responsible for everyone else’s happiness and well-being. Prioritizing my own mental health and choosing to live with intention and connection to my own truth brought me a peace I had never known before. I want to help you find the same peace, healing and freedom.
