Experienced therapist available to help individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and stress related to their career, relationship, family, and personal development I specialize in trauma and life transitions (ie careers, college, life milestones). I use evidence based treatment to help clients overcome current challenges, past trauma or making difficult life decisions. I focus on attachment, relationships and family. Family, culture and spirituality is also integrated into treatment.
