About Aisha
Life happens! You’re keeping it all together with coffee, spreadsheets, and sheer determination but the anxiety, burnout, and brain fog are starting to creep in. You’re not looking for deep-dive therapy you want a prescriber who listens, doesn’t judge, and actually helps. I provide virtual/in-person psychiatry treatment and medication management for high-functioning individuals who want to feel better without the runaround. I’ll collaborate with your goals (and your therapist, if you have one) to help you feel more like yourself with fewer breakdowns at the Walmart parking lot. I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with extensive experience specializing in medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar and a lot of other mental health diagnosis. I work with high-functioning clients who are ready for real solutions—not guesswork. My approach is thorough, collaborative, and designed to work with your busy life. No pressure, no judgment, just straightforward, personalized care. You’ve been showing up for everyone else, and now it’s catching up with you. The stress, exhaustion, and anxiety don’t have to be your default setting. When you’re ready, I’m here. Let’s tackle it together.
