I am a licensed professional counselor with over seven years of experience. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and Masters degree from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. I believe everyone has the ability to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. My job is to help you uncover the tools and skills to assist you in living your best and most fulfilling life. 

I have worked successfully with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, communication issues, relationship problems, trauma, grief, life transitions and general life stressors. I truly enjoy working with all individuals but my passion lies in helping adolescents, young women and female adults struggling with life transitions, self-worth and self-esteem struggles.
