Alexandra Gomez

As a Hispanic woman living the the Rio Grande Valley, mental health was rarely discussed. It's wasn't until I was in college when I recognized my own struggles and went to seek help. With my first therapist, I was able to identify what was happening to me and it opened the door for self-exploration. I want to give people the same opportunity I was given by the gift of therapy. Additionally, I'm constantly motivated to be a mental health advocate for my community.
