About Alexandria
I was born and bred in Kentucky and have been living in the great state of Florida since 2013. I decided to become a clinician due to my own personal experiences with abuse, feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, fear, self-hate, and low self-esteem. I found a way out of my dark tunnel and emerged into the light, and I want to show others how they can do the same! Empowerment comes from within, and it has been within you all along. My job is to help you bring it to the surface, flex those muscles, and realize how strong, resilient, and amazing you really are!

I will be your biggest cheerleader! I am very warm and caring, but I will tell it to you straight. I will let you know how amazing you are, and then teach you how to believe that yourself! I will not only support you during our weekly sessions, but I will support you whenever you need me, to the best of my abilities. I offer text and calls in between sessions, free of charge.
