What's your experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)?
CBT is my favorite it allows me to assist the patient in realizing they have way more control than what they think, and that with continued work and practice using CBT can help them to change their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. If you can do this, then you can change your life.

What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I do not sugar coat the truth. I will not lie to you. Your wellness is not a joke, so I take my role as a therapist very seriously. Therefore, I expect the truth and for you to work with me to see the best version of you.
About MeWhat does a typical session with you tend to look like?
What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
My sessions are geared by the patient. There’s generally a check-in...what’s currently going on. Then a how are you doing in all aspects. Next, exploration and assessment on thoughts, emotions and behaviors with a focus on improving them all. Most patients report feeling better, lighter, or reflective by the close of the session.
