Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who practices in Minnesota. I specialize in working with female-identifying clients who are trying to heal from their childhood trauma, who are struggling through a life transition, or who would like to better understand and love themselves. I love working with parents, people who would like to become parents, and caregivers of folks of all ages. Overall, I practice with a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and self-compassionate lens.
