I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Santa Clarita, California. I utilize a Compassionate, Integrative Approach personalized to your unique needs. ​ I am empathic and compassionate and believe that the therapeutic relationship is a sacred space where we can collaboratively address issues and roadblocks that are preventing you from living the life that you desire. A space where we can sift through negative self beliefs and external messages that prevent you from moving forward. 

You matter. Whether your struggles seem like big, life-altering issues or minor distractions, they matter to you, and as such, they matter to me. Oftentimes, a fresh perspective can illuminate the negative self-beliefs or maladaptive patterns of behavior that are holding you back from healing and moving forward. Symptoms from anxiety, depression, stress, early experiences, and complex relationships can be debilitating and may fog your ability to see the answers within you. As your therapist, I will work to lead you to clarity while supporting you in a collaborative and compassionate environment.
