I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to reconnect with themselves and the people they care about. I have spent the past fifteen years working at a non-profit agency supporting individuals and families dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression and relational conflict.
