About Me
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?

I knew I wanted to help those battling addiction by the age of 13. As an ACOA, I am motivated every day to support others and I never lose hope.

About Me
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?

Commit to three sessions. Stay open minded.  It takes time to open up and feel comfortable.  By 3 sessions, you’ll likely notice an improvement.

Specialties · Trauma and PTSD
Why is trauma processing important?

Trauma is stored in the brain when an event is too difficult to process in the moment.   Our brains are capable of healing and with therapy, this can happen!  Trauma repair can allow you to change your perception and response to what occurred.

About Me
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?

I come from a non judgmental place and simply want you to become the best version of yourself.

About Me
What does a typical session with you tend to look like?

I like to start each session with a check in and end each session with a recap of key points and a goal to work on until we meet again.

Specialties · Addiction
How do you work with clients with addiction?

Addiction recovery is my specialty.  I find helping one build their motivation to change is most effective.  Once motivation is established, identifying triggers and creating a relapse prevention plan is key.  Addiction runs rampant on one’s life so through therapy we address repairing, to prevent repeating.
