About Andjy
I am a trauma-focused and trained psychotherapist with nearly eight years of experience. I have worked and continue to work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, identity questions, grief, relationship issues, and immigration concerns. My role as a therapist is to provide support and guidance through life-challenging situations and to assist clients, when ready, to move their lives in the way they believe they should. Listening is a powerful tool, and one gains understanding and compassion. I offer clients the space for their voices to be heard as they seek comfort and healing.

About MeWhy did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a therapist because growing up it was hard to find my voice and when I started therapy in my early teens, it was liberating because I was able to find my voice
About MeFor people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I allow clients to explore past experiences, often through a trauma lens, thought processes, and relationships, in an environment that is safe and confidential without judgment. I also integrate complementary methodologies and techniques tailored to each client
