I am a Filipino-American Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults and older adults BE WELL & STAY WELL.

I stumbled upon therapy through my role in managing a residential facility for adults diagnosed with mental illness. The residents would often talk to me about their difficulties so I found myself listening and providing support. I also have seen my loved ones struggle with their own mental health which motivated me to pursue my Master in Social Work with an emphasis on Adults and Healthy Aging at the University of Southern California. My clients' progress in treatment motivates me to continue the work that I do.  

Just try it out. There is no harm in trying. Your mental symptoms may also get worse if you do not seek treatment immediately.

I'm easy going, add humor times in therapy, and I teach people how to be well and stay well. Wellness is my specialty. I'm also open to talking about your spiritual practices if you prefer since I am a Christian.

A client can talk about whatever he or she wants to talk about.
