I work with individuals who may have felt discouraged or unsuccessful in therapy before and are looking for a different kind of therapeutic experience. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, while also offering gentle challenge when old patterns are no longer serving you.
I support clients navigating complex trauma, single-event trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship and communication challenges, and struggles with self-worth. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful healing, and I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply understood, respected, and supported as they explore difficult experiences and build new ways of relating to themselves and others.
My work is trauma-informed and integrates somatic approaches, parts work, and Brainspotting to help clients process experiences not only cognitively, but also through the body and nervous system. I also have years of experience and training in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, which can offer a powerful, experiential path for clients seeking deeper emotional awareness, connection, and healing.Psychotherapy.

How do you work with clients with ADHD?
When working with clients with ADHD, I focus on understanding the full person, not just the symptoms. ADHD can affect focus, motivation, emotional regulation, relationships, self-esteem, and daily routines, and many clients have spent years feeling misunderstood or criticized.
I help clients explore how ADHD shows up in their life while also identifying strengths, patterns, and practical supports that actually fit the way their brain works. Our work may include building realistic coping strategies, improving communication, reducing shame, managing overwhelm, and strengthening emotional regulation.
For clients with ADHD who also carry trauma, grief, anxiety, or relationship challenges, I bring in trauma-informed and body-based approaches when helpful, including somatic work, parts work, Brainspotting, and other supportive tools. The goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you feel more understood, capable, and connected to yourself.
How does person-centered therapy work and how can it help?
Person-centered therapy is built around the belief that you already carry a lot of wisdom about yourself, even if old wounds, anxiety, grief, trauma, or self-doubt have made that hard to access. In our work together, I focus on creating a safe, honest, and supportive relationship where you can feel understood without judgment.
Rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach, we move at a pace that feels respectful to you. I listen closely, help you notice patterns, and support you in reconnecting with your own voice, needs, and values. At the same time, I am not afraid to gently challenge old patterns when they are keeping you stuck.
This approach can help you build self-trust, strengthen self-worth, improve relationships, process painful experiences, and feel more grounded in who you are.
