I am a practicing Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist.  I believe through sharing our story and reflecting on our experiences we can find healing and new ways of seeing our world.  Therapy is a safe and unbiased place to start this exploration and I am always honored to hold space and provide support on this journey with clients.
