What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I meet people where they are—with compassion, no judgment, and a deep respect for their lived experience. I understand that reaching out for help can be overwhelming, so I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering from the very first session. I value honesty, collaboration, and humor, and I’ll always take your concerns seriously while helping you move at a pace that feels right for you. I believe in treating the whole person—not just symptoms—and in building care plans that are both practical and personalized.
How do you work with clients with anxiety?
I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to treating anxiety. I begin by building a trusting relationship where clients feel safe and understood. Together, we explore what’s contributing to the anxiety—whether it’s trauma, life stressors, or neurochemical imbalances—and create a personalized care plan. I offer medication management when appropriate, along with psychoeducation, lifestyle strategies, and grounding techniques to reduce symptoms and restore a sense of control. My goal is to help clients understand their anxiety, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with peace in daily life.
How do you work with clients with depression?
I approach depression with compassion, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. I help clients explore the root causes of their symptoms—whether biological, psychological, or situational—and create a treatment plan that fits their unique needs. This may include medication management, behavioral activation, psychoeducation, and supportive lifestyle changes. I also focus on restoring sleep, energy, and motivation while helping clients reconnect with purpose, self-worth, and hope. My goal is to walk alongside you as we work toward meaningful, lasting improvement.
How do you work with clients with trauma and PTSD?
I approach trauma and PTSD with deep respect for each person’s story. My goal is to create a safe, steady space where healing can begin—without pressure or judgment. I use trauma-informed care principles to help clients feel grounded and in control, while exploring symptoms like hypervigilance, flashbacks, or emotional numbness. Treatment may include medication management, psychoeducation, and tools to regulate the nervous system. I work at your pace, supporting you in processing trauma, rebuilding trust in yourself, and moving toward greater peace and stability.
How do you work with clients with women's issues?
I support women navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, burnout, and identity shifts—often while juggling caregiving, work, and societal expectations. I provide a safe, affirming space to explore emotional health, boundaries, self-worth, and the impact of roles like motherhood, partnership, or career. I also offer care for reproductive mental health, including PMS/PMDD, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. My approach is collaborative and personalized, honoring each woman’s voice, values, and goals
How do you work with clients with men's issues?
I provide a nonjudgmental space where men can speak openly about what they’re facing—whether it’s stress, anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges. Many of the men I work with are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to express their emotions. I offer practical tools, medication management when appropriate, and supportive guidance to help men improve their mental health, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their values, relationships, and goals—on their own terms.
How does motivational interviewing work and how can it help?
Motivational interviewing (MI) is a collaborative, goal-oriented style of communication that helps you explore and resolve ambivalence about change. Instead of telling you what to do, I ask open, thoughtful questions that help you clarify your own values, strengths, and motivations. MI is especially helpful when you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed—it supports self-confidence and decision-making without pressure or judgment. Together, we identify small, meaningful steps toward the life you want, at a pace that feels right for you.
