Annie Prenoveau

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in School Counseling and a post-graduate certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With over 13 years of experience in education, including six years as a high school counselor. I bring a deep understanding of the challenges adolescents and families face, while also offering meaningful support to adults navigating life’s complexities. I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they work through anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I try to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences and move toward healing.  I am trained in EMDR Therapy and hold a Level One Trauma Certification through STARR Commonwealth. My integrative counseling style blends EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, all tailored to each client’s unique needs.
