"Hi there! I’m Anthonia Nzika, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master’s in Nursing and 17 years of experience. I specialize in providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages, addressing a wide range of mental health and medical conditions.
I have extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions, ensuring that each person receives personalized and comprehensive care. My experience spans mental health challenges such as ADHD, Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Conduct Disorder, Panic Disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Eating Disorders (Anorexia and Bulimia Nervosa), and Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
Whether managing psychiatric emergencies or providing routine care, I focus on reducing symptoms, offering effective treatment, and supporting rehabilitation—all with an organized and efficient approach. I’ve also spent years leading and managing nursing teams, ensuring high-quality psychiatric care, and building strong relationships with my patients, team members, and healthcare providers.
Throughout my career, I’ve conducted comprehensive mental health assessments, developed treatment plans, and managed medication. I also have experience in telehealth, delivering psychiatric care through platforms like Teladoc and Health Tap, which expands access to mental health services.
Currently, I serve as a PMHNP at Health Resolution LLC, where I provide direct treatment, manage psychiatric conditions through prescriptive authority, and collaborate with other healthcare providers or community resources as needed.
My passion lies in helping those facing mental health challenges, and I’m here to make a positive difference in your life. Let’s work together to achieve better mental health and well-being."

For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but it's a safe space to explore your feelings and find tools that empower you. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I'm committed to providing compassionate, personalized care for individuals of all ages, from children to adults. My approach is evidence-based and integrates holistic and integrative medicine to help patients thrive.
