I'm Tony originally from NY. I maintain a balance between spirituality and mind. Too many times I have witnessed the harm of those that take extreme approaches. I strive to be “real” with the client and meet them where they are. I use plain language and simple examples. I encourage the client to be themselves and not put a “front.” With that said, I do not wear literal or figurative suits into sessions. I use an array of counseling methodologies. I have received training in various secular and Christian venues. I have completed training in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) through the EMDR International Association (this service is available online)
