About Ashley

I’m Dr. Ashley Bujalski, a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood difficulties, low self-esteem, and challenging life transitions. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely understood while also developing practical tools to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life. Growth and change are key to positive well-being. My approach in therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is supportive and nonjudgmental. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways of coping, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable. I recognize that no two people experience anxiety, trauma, depression, or life transitions in exactly the same way. Treatment is therefore tailored to you rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

What's your approach to anxiety, and what does progress look like for clients?

My approach to anxiety is warm, collaborative, and individualized. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns that may be contributing to anxiety and identify practical strategies to help you feel more grounded and in control. Progress may look like feeling less overwhelmed, becoming more confident in handling uncertainty, responding to anxious thoughts differently, and being able to engage more fully in the areas of life that matter to you.

How does trauma focused therapy work, and what do sessions look like?

Trauma-focused therapy provides a safe and supportive space to understand how difficult experiences may continue to affect your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Sessions are paced around your needs and begin with establishing safety, trust, and effective coping strategies. As you feel ready, we may work through painful experiences while developing healthier ways to respond to triggers and difficult emotions. The goal is not to rush the process, but to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and able to move forward without being defined by what you have experienced.
