I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a broad range of experience in psychiatry throughout the lifespan. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, concerning alcohol use, and trauma/PTSD unleash themselves from the harmful habits and narratives that have controlled their mental health, discover self-acceptance, and recognize their true value and potential. I provide a safe space for deep healing and life-changing care that includes medication, lifestyle interventions, sleep optimization, mindfulness, and more.
Together, we will work to develop a treatment plan that will support your overall wellbeing. Our work will be to integrate medication if indicated, as well as personalized holistic and integrative strategies and coaching.
I am located in Rochester, NY, and I am able to meet with clients both virtually and in person.

How do you work with clients with anxiety?
I support clients with anxiety by conducting thorough evaluations to assess anxiety symptoms and prescribe appropriate medications. Regular follow-up sessions, conducted in person or via telehealth, allow me to monitor progress, address concerns, and adjust treatments as necessary. This approach ensures ongoing care and management of anxiety.
How do you work with clients with depression?
I work with clients experiencing depression through a combination of in-person and telehealth appointments. I conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess symptoms, determine appropriate medication, and establish a tailored treatment plan. Through regular follow-ups, I monitor medication effectiveness, address concerns, and make adjustments as needed. This approach allows for continuous support and management of depression symptoms, ensuring the well-being of my patients.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I enjoy working with clients to intimately understand their mental health needs and life goals. Identifying external factors that negatively impact their mental health in combination with medication, when appropriate. Treatment planning includes goal setting, identifying resources for success, and psychoeducation.

What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
Free Consultation (15 minutes)
This opportunity allows individuals to discuss their concerns or needs with me, providing a chance to determine if my services align with their requirements. During this consultation, patients can receive initial advice or guidance. This service is especially beneficial for those seeking a preliminary understanding of the suitability of my expertise. These consultations are conducted via telehealth.
Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes)
During an initial visit, I conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation which includes a thorough review of the patient's medical history, a physical examination, and, if necessary, diagnostic tests. This process allows me to assess the patient's overall health, identify specific issues, and create a tailored treatment plan. These sessions are conducted via telehealth or in-person.
Medication Management with Psychotherapy (50 minutes)
I conduct a brief review of the patient's medical history, confirming the necessity of the medication refill, and issuing a new prescription as required. These appointments involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan aligns with the patient's needs. Both telehealth and in-person options are available.
Follow-up Visit - Medication Management (20 minutes)
Follow-up visits are essential to monitor the progress of a patient's treatment plan. During these sessions, I assess any new symptoms or concerns, ensuring that the treatment plan is yielding optimal health outcomes. These follow-up appointments are available through telehealth or in-person, providing a convenient option for my patients.
