Congruence: Anxiety, communication breakdown, and discontentment are often the cause of areas of our life being out of balance. I aim to help you bring life back into harmony, guiding you to intentionality in what you do, why you do it, and where you put your energy.
Curiosity: Fostering a spirit of curiosity allows you to stop, assess, and decide how to approach a situation. You can learn to evaluate the narrative you are creating and to first seek to understand yourself and your partner before reacting.
