About Brandi

I’m Brandi Sagers, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, individualized psychiatric care to adults in Florida. I believe mental health treatment should be collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and substance use disorders. I also have extensive experience in addiction treatment and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). My approach is supportive and nonjudgmental. I take the time to listen, understand what you’re experiencing, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and manageable. Whether you’re seeking treatment for the first time or looking for a new provider to continue your care, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in your treatment. Through Serene Soul Psychiatric Services, PLLC, I currently offer convenient telehealth appointments for adults throughout Florida, with evening and weekend availability.

Medication Management

How does medication management work, and what does the process look like?

Medication management begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand your symptoms, concerns, medical and mental health history, and treatment goals. Together, we discuss your options and determine whether medication may be appropriate for your needs. If medication is recommended, I work with you to select a treatment approach that feels comfortable and manageable. Follow-up appointments allow us to monitor your progress, discuss any benefits or side effects, and make adjustments when needed. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care while keeping you informed and involved throughout the process.

What's your approach to ADHD, and what does progress look like for clients?

My approach to ADHD is individualized and focused on understanding how symptoms are affecting your daily life, relationships, work, and overall well-being. I take time to understand your experiences and goals before discussing treatment options, including whether medication management may be appropriate. Progress can look different for everyone. For some clients, it may mean improved focus and organization, while for others it may involve feeling more consistent, productive, and confident in managing everyday responsibilities. I work collaboratively with you to develop a realistic treatment plan and monitor your progress over time.
