Hi! My name is Brianna, and I help New York City college students and young professionals gain greater confidence, set healthier boundaries, and cultivate better relationships.
Clients work with me because they are ready to know they’re going to be ok instead of wondering if they’re ever going to be. I have experience in providing Clients with tools to assist them in cultivating meaningful relationships, establishing healthy boundaries, and building confidence to trust themselves.
In each session, you’ll find an actual human being invested in your human experience and supporting your success.

What's your experience with dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)?
I am professionally trained in Mastering and Integrating DBT Skills in Clinical Practice. I bring an accepting, nonjudgmental, and validating approach to every session. You are the expert of your life, and I will always validate your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors while bringing a customized approach to each of my clients.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I understand the importance of working with someone who hears you and understands what you’ve been through. I’ve faced perfectionism and people-pleasing head-on and made it out on the other side of burnout. When we work together, I bring my experiences as a trained therapist AND human being to the table.
How can you provide care remotely?
As someone who has juggled working full-time while in school, getting to a Therapist's office seemed impossible. I firmly believe that anyone should be able to access therapy from the comfort of their private space. No more awkwardly having to sit in a waiting room or deal with traffic or bad weather to make your appointment.
Sessions take place using a 100% private HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.
