About Brittany
If you are longing for reconnection or repair in your relationship(s), processing grief, healing from trauma, seeking relief from anxiety, or looking for support navigating a life transition, I invite you to reach out so we can find a path forward. I am a relational, experiential, and attachment-based therapist, centering a warm, yet directive presence, curiosity and humor in our work together. I strive to bring my authentic self into the therapy room so that you may feel safe to do the same. Together, we can be curious about your emotions, parts of self, and cultivate deeper understanding to support you in your healing process. Using a compassionate, non-judgmental and trauma-informed lens, I will support you in finding new opportunities for relating to self and others, creating new patterns, honing communication skills, and increasing awareness of your bodily and emotional experience. I consider it a privilege to do this work, and I am queer-, kink-, and non-monogamous-affirming. Being in relationship with others is one of the most profound and beautiful experiences we have as humans. It can also be one of the most confusing, and at times, heartbreaking. It all belongs, and it would be an honor to figure it out together. I encourage you to reach out for an initial consultation so we can take the first step together.
