Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I originally became a therapist to help others. What motivates me to continue being a therapist is how special it is to play such an intimate role in people's lives and witnessing them put some of the puzzle pieces together to achieve and maintain peace within their own lives.
What do therapy sessions with you look like?
My therapy sessions are Telehealth and last about 50-60 minutes long weekly or bi-weekly. When we are not meeting face to face we have some light homework to complete throughout the week so that we are consistently working towards our goals.
