I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, build coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. My experience consists of working with individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges—ranging from anxiety, depression, grief and trauma to the complex issues related to Alzheimer’s and dementia—I strive to offer empathy, patience, and guidance throughout the therapeutic journey.
