I’m very laid back! Therapy is not a “one size fits all” find of thing. I love to let my clients lead the session; if you’d prefer to color or just chat and listen to music one day, that is totally fine with me. Whatever you need to feel supported and cared for.

How can you provide care remotely?
Sometimes, remote care can feel impersonal and ineffective. I make sure that I maintain eye contact and am in a space that is not distracting, but quiet and calm.
