I believe in treating the whole person and using all the tools in the arsenal. It may take more than therapy to get you to the best version of yourself. I try to customize your experience based on what resonates with you and evidence-based practices that are effective for your diagnosis.

Telehealth and remote care are provided with the same level of excellence, preparation, and effectiveness as in-person care. I treat the session just like I would if we were sitting across from one another. I've also created a virtual office full of resources that are available for my clients to access between sessions.
