I became a therapist because my own therapy journey began at 18, where I learned powerful tools to understand myself and navigate my psychological challenges. Experiencing Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for my own traumatic experiences was life-changing and deeply inspired me to offer this healing approach to others. I believe ongoing support is essential, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients in their healing process. My personal mental health journey is living proof that healing is not a final destination, but an ongoing, compassionate journey.

I work with trauma and PTSD using a gentle, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and nervous system regulation. I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients reprocess traumatic memories and reduce recurring symptoms, while integrating somatic awareness and careful pacing to prevent overwhelm and support lasting healing.

I work with anxiety using a gentle, trauma-informed, and somatic approach. We focus on helping the nervous system feel safer through body-based awareness, grounding skills, and pacing that respects each client’s history. I integrate practical coping tools with deeper work to address the root causes of anxiety, always moving at the client’s comfort level.
