How do you work with clients with anxiety?
When working with clients facing anxiety, I use a compassionate, personalized approach tailored to each individual's needs. Treatment often involves Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients recognize and reframe negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety. Together, we explore practical coping skills, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle modifications to reduce stress and improve daily functioning. I also offer medication management when needed, collaborating closely with clients to find the most effective treatment plan. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and equipped to manage their anxiety and regain control over their lives.

How do you work with clients with depression?
In working with clients who face depression, I provide a supportive, individualized approach focused on understanding their unique experiences. I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reshape negative thought patterns, which can ease depressive symptoms. Additionally, we may explore lifestyle changes, coping skills, and, when necessary, medication options to support mood stability. I strive to foster a compassionate space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered, helping them regain hope, build resilience, and improve their overall quality of life.
About Me

I offer flexible telehealth services, allowing clients to receive care from the comfort of their homes. This makes therapy more accessible and convenient, especially for those with busy schedules or living in remote areas. I conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide therapy, and manage medications through secure virtual platforms.
