I have worked with people transitioning in life such as a new job, marriage, blended families, homelessness, and the symptoms they manifest as including anxiety and depression, addiction and much more. I have been providing individual and family counseling independently for 7 years. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics which has given me a wealth of knowledge in how your eating habits can also affect your mental well-being.
