When we work together, I plan to see an increase in self-worth, and a desire to determine what you want and how to go for it! We'll work with what holds you back, and on how to create a vision that helps move through hardship, trauma, and barriers from the past.
I operate with empathy and compassion, but with the framework of us each telling the truth so we can move toward what's helpful in your life. Together we can identify and explore patterns, the stories you tell yourself, and how what you learn about yourself is impacting your mood, self-image, relationships, career, family, etc.
My intention is to provide you with reflection, resources, and questions that guide you to your own insight. You may recall things from your past, you may not. You might connect some dots, you might have some breakthroughs. You may be challenged, you might grow.
