Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of human connection and the potential for growth and healing within everyone. My own experiences inspired me to help others navigate life’s challenges with compassion and hope. What motivates me to continue is seeing the transformation in my clients—their resilience, growth, and courage inspire me every day. Guiding others toward balance and fulfillment is my purpose and my passion.

For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?

I wish I could tell you that therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you embrace your inner strength and navigate life’s challenges with support and guidance. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but therapy is a safe, confidential space where you can express yourself freely without fear of judgment. You deserve a life filled with peace and fulfillment, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey.

What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?

I want you to know that I am fully committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and valued. As a bilingual therapist, I value diversity and meet every client with cultural sensitivity and respect. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to overcome challenges and find balance in their lives, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek support.

How can you provide care remotely?

I provide care remotely through secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms, ensuring your privacy and comfort. This allows you to access therapy from the convenience of your home or any private space, eliminating barriers like travel or scheduling conflicts. I create a safe, compassionate virtual environment where we can connect, evaluate your needs, and work collaboratively toward your goals.
